Our Returns & Guarantees
We ensure every perennial leaves our Summerville farm in peak health and vitality.
For live bonsai, you have a 14-day window from receipt to notify us of any health concerns or requests to return your tree, as these are living beings requiring specific care and attention.

Once your plant returns to our farm and is assessed for health, we will process your refund within 10 days. Credits are issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
Return Conditions:
To ensure your bonsai or perennial is eligible for a return, please ensure:
Tree is in its nursery pot
Plant is watered and healthy
Certain items cannot be returned:
Custom-pruned specimens tailored to specific aesthetic requests.
Trees that have been repotted, wired, or pruned after arrival.
Workshop fees and educational sessions that have already occurred.
Clearance items or "rescue" plants marked as final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for plants that show signs of neglect or extreme environmental stress while in your care.
Nursery Return
You are responsible for safe transit. Returns can be brought to our Summerville farm at the address below:

We cannot be responsible for plants damaged by heat or cold during return shipping. We recommend climate-controlled shipping or local drop-off. Refunds require receipt of the live plant in stable condition.
Gifts:
If marked as a gift, you will receive a nursery credit for the value of your return to use at Westbrook Bonsai. Once the tree is received in good health, your certificate will be emailed to you.
If the tree wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund directly to the original purchaser.
